Where Can I Find Your Breads?

  • Order Online: Place your order by Wednesday, 10 PM EST, and we'll deliver fresh breads to your door by Saturday morning.

  • In-store:

    • London - Arva Flour Mills Inc. retail store.

When Will I Get My Order?

We currently deliver within London, Arva, Ilderton and Komoka. Deliveries take place between 8 AM and 11 AM on Saturdays. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been dropped off — our driver takes a photo as proof of delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us at least 24 hours before delivery day so we can update it before dispatch.
Once proof of delivery has been sent to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

What if I’m not home when my bread is delivered?

No problem! You can leave a weather-safe container or basket near your door for us to drop your order in.
Our breads are made without preservatives, so they’re best kept cool and dry.
Please note, we’re not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by weather, animals, or unattended deliveries.

Can I request a re-delivery or pickup if I miss my order?

We’re unable to offer re-delivery or pickup for missed orders. Please make sure someone is available to receive your bread or that safe-drop instructions are provided.

Do you offer refunds for delivery issues?

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or late address changes.

Do you offer gluten-free bread?

We only offer Gluten-free English muffins at the moment.

Do you have any vegan options?

Yes! Most of our breads are vegan-friendly as they are made with simple ingredients like flour, water, and salt. Be sure to check product descriptions for any inclusions like honey or dairy.

Can I freeze your bread?

Absolutely! Wrap the loaf (whole or sliced) in plastic wrap or a freezer-safe bag. When ready to enjoy, follow our reheating instructions for fresh-tasting bread.
